Phoenix High Mountain Oolong
A permanent fixture on the list of the best teas from China, the trees from which this tea is harvested grow amongst craggy rocks on cool mountainsides in northern Guangdong Province. A highly crafted tea, each grove from which the tea leaves are harvested from can be cultivated to emulate specific flavors of various flowers and fruits.
