Description
Nepal white tea. The equivalent of a Chinese White Peony, if we had to make the comparison, but oh so different thanks to Nepal’s incredible high altitude terroir.
From Kanchanjangha Tea Estate in Phidim, Nepal, at an average of 1,500m (4,900ft), up to 1,800m (5,900 ft). The environment here is basically as cold as tea can handle, way up in the Himalayas, and the tea grows slowly and exceptionally fuzzy to help accommodate the climate.
TeaCurious Notes: This is beautiful material with a smooth, buttery and creamy flavor, with notes of cashew and vanilla.
