Oolong Tea From Ancient Mountains to Your Cup

Between mountain mist and sunlight, the oolong leaf is born into balance with neither a fully green nor fully dark life a living art of transformation. Gently withered under the open sky, the leaves curl and twist beneath skilled hands, awakening hidden notes of orchid, honey, and roasted Earth. Each cup captures the soul of the mountain.

Why Choose Tea Tavern

Every great cup of tea tells a story, and ours begins in wild places.

At Tea Tavern, we seek out teas from groves where nature sets the rules: no pesticides, no chemicals, just sun, soil, and time. Our small batches are handcrafted by tea makers who know their gardens like old friends, tending each plant with patience and care. We honor the gongfu tradition by brewing with intention through multiple steeps, each infusion revealing new layers of flavor and aroma.

What you get is tea in its truest form: vibrant, pure, and full of character. The kind that warms you from the inside out and makes the world feel a little softer, a little kinder.

So pull up a chair and let us pour you something special.

Our Favorite Oolong Teas

Oolong tea bridges worlds by blending and merging the grassy and floral flavors of green to the dark, fruity flavors of black. Freshly picked leaves are lightly withered and gently bruised to oxidize the floral flavors, then charcoal-roasted by tea masters who have perfected the craft across generations. A dance of fruity, nutty, grassy, floral, and smoky flavors that enchants every steep.

Osmanthus Oolong

A wild-picked oolong that was dried among osmanthus flowers to enchant it’s flavor.

Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe)

From an ancient tree that has been living for centuries (400-600 years).

Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess)

A classic, delectable oolong from tea grown above 1,000 metres (3,300 ft).
