Tenryu Tsuyuhikari Ceremonial Matcha (30g Jar) — Matcha, Evolved
This is matcha like you’ve never had before. Though not from the traditional region of Uji, this matcha offers a creamy, rich, indulgent experience totally free of the sharp edge more traditional matchas have. The Tsuyuhikari cultivar was created in the 1970s by crossing Astsuyu and Shizu varieties of green tea and has been delighting matcha connosoirs ever since. The rich, warm tea is ideal for blending with milk, nut butters, or making a truly indulgent Usucha or Koicha.

- Tea-to-Water Ratio:
For Usucha: 1 tsp/2 Chashaku scoops to 60-70ml of cold or warm water (between 70-80 F)
For Koicha: 2 tsp/2 Chashaku scoops to 40 ml of warm water (between 70-80 F) - Best Brewed In: A small bowl or traditional Chawan
